Specialist in Academic Program Priorities processes: Gordon College strategic visioning to fundamentally restructure and re-orient the academic division (2018-2019); Medaille College academic division strategic re-organization toward retention and persistence (2020); Wheaton College consulting to support the program priorities process (2020); Forman Christian College development of metrics and analysis of graduate programs (2019-2020); Bethel University academic division re-organization (2021-22); Seattle Pacific University consulting to support development of program priorities process (2022).
Increased institutional grant capacity from a start of 4 submission to a high of 73 per year across two institutions
Increased retention from 79% to a high of 85% through a focus on advising and revision of the core curriculum structure (2012-2019)
Supported the Hong-Kong-wide university transition from 3 to 4-year degree programs, providing assessment and support in matters of effective structural organization, curricular assessment and implementation, faculty development, and other areas related to transition (2010-2012)
Co-led development of strategic plan, action plan, and plan for institutional decision-making realignment, Kendall College of Art and Design, 2010-2011
Assessed effectiveness of Clinical Pastoral Education Program, Swan River, Manitoba
Served as an external reviewer for King University College Environmental Studies Program, Fulbright Fellowship applicants, National Science Foundation grants, Pew Evangelical Scholars Program grant applications, and other (1995-present)
